5 fibromyalgia-related products I won’t be repurchasing

I've never met a fibromyalgia-related lotion, cream or spray that I didn't want to try. This post may contain affiliate links.   When I was first diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I felt completely overwhelmed when I googled "fibromyalgia treatment." There's more than 4 million results!!! Like most, I initially depended on big-name sources like WebMD, the Mayo Clinic and the National Institutes for Health for information on the best treatments for fibromyalgia. These sites were great for the basics, but as I got further into my treatment, it … [Read more...]

Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this Organic Aromas diffuser review are my own, and I was in no way influenced by the company. I've always loved burning candles and using other home fragrance products. It just makes my home feel, well, more homey. But lately, I've been reading about how these artificial scents can be hazardous to our health. Since those of us with fibromyalgia and ME/CFS are notoriously sensitive to just about everything, I'm forcing myself to … [Read more...]
