Alright, I am breaking new ground today! Introducing … my first YouTube video! Yep, I may live in Delaware but I haven’t lost my southern Virginia accent. Please excuse the UHs and OMs and the video quality. I promise I’ll get better!
This is a quick product share (around 3 minutes) of how I’ve been using the (affiliate link) Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak to help combat fibro fog and fatigue. It’s been working well for me, so I wanted to share it in case it might benefit others.
Just a quick clarification: In the video, I mention the Power Pak uses stevia as a sweetener. That is accurate, but it also has organic cane sugar. When I mentioned Emergen-C, I should have said that it has fructose versus using the more general term of sugar. In comparing the two products, the Power Pak has 1 gram of sugars versus 6 grams in Emergen-C, so that is pretty good if you’re trying to avoid sugar in your diet.
What do you use to relieve fibro fog and fatigue? Share in the comments so we can all learn from one another!
I thought you were rediagnosed for Lyme. Are you still also treating fms?
I’m treating both at this point. My doctors say I may have secondary fibromyalgia caused by Lyme. If I do, then the fibro symptoms should subside once the Lyme is under control.
I thought you did great on your first video. I’m definitely giving this stuff a try. I am foggy way too much.
Thanks, Shelley
Thanks, Shelley! Let me know how it goes with the Power Pak. Interested to see if it works for others, too.
I checked on Amazon and apparently the company has changed this product to now contain cane sugar along with the stevia and reading the reviews it sounds like it is not the same as it used to be. Wondering if you got the ‘old’ product or the ‘new’ one. Read the reviews. What do you think?
Hi Doris, my box has stevia and organic cane sugar listed in the ingredients. I should have used the term “fructose” when talking about Emergen-C instead of using the more general term of “sugar.” I’m sorry for the confusion – first video and all, I was trying to remember to say everything that I wanted to say. 🙂 There’s only 1 gram of total sugars in the ESPP vs. 6 grams in the Emergen-C, so that’s pretty good if you’re avoiding sugar in your diet.
Thank you for sharing
Going to try
Let me know how it works for you!
