FedUpwithFatigue.com’s contributions

Dr. Rodger Murphree, my new fibromyalgia doctor, generously donated a copy of his book, “Treating and Beating Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome” for the giveaway. With more than 500 pages, Dr. Murphree’s book is one of the most comprehensive fibro books that I’ve ever read with chapters on adrenal fatigue, digestive issues, thyroid, pain, depression, food allergies, liver toxicity, yeast overgrowth and many more. It’s really more like a fibro encyclopedia than a book! It includes a step-by-step program to help fibro sufferers feel good again. (Click here to read about the progress I’ve made since working directly with Dr. Murphree.)

I’m donating two one-year subscriptions to the new Fibromyalgia AWARE magazine. Published by the National Fibromyalgia Association, AWARE magazine includes helpful information on fibromyalgia treatments and research, as well as inspiring, personal stories about fellow fibro sufferers, researchers and community advocates.

To qualify for the giveaway, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom or the United States.

  1. Antonina says

I’ve had fibro for about 8 years now and I try to keep up with your website and some others, but for some reason I’ve missed the back story about the “spoons” or “spoonies”. I don’t understand how they relate and when did this start. Would you mind giving me some information about the “spoons”, I feel like I’ve missed something big and I’d like to be up to date
Thank you so much for your help.

  2. I would love to enter your wonderful Ultimate Spoonie Giveaway but the ‘Enter email’ box won’t let me put in my email address. I wonder if anyone else is having this problem?
