KDKA Pittsburgh: New study shows Lyme disease can be found in city parks

I always roll my eyes at these types of articles. Of course Lyme disease is in city parks! It’s not like ticks (and the wildlife that carry them) can’t cross city limits. There is no place in the U.S. now that doesn’t have Lyme. Some places just have more of it than others. Still, this is a good reminder to practice tick safety no matter where you enjoy Mother Nature.
