Let’s talk burning feet … I have them, and a lot of you have them, too, since neuropathy, especially in the feet and hands, is common among those with fibromyalgia.
In my case, the burning lost some of its intensity after a couple of years of treating chronic Lyme disease, but I still struggle with it. To this day, I wear socks to bed because I can’t stand the feel of sheets touching my feet.
One of the only products I’ve found to help squelch the burning is Two Old Goats Foot Balm. Full disclosure: This product is NOT going to fix your neuropathy (or at least it didn’t for me), but it may put out enough of the fire to make it more tolerable.
If you try it, let me know how it works!

Thank you for all you do! I have had fibro for over thirty years and tried it all. Earthing and Terry Naturally Curminan have helped! Ck out the YouTube on earthing with Clint Oser. Read the book too..very valuable info.
I do earthing, too! The weather is finally warming up here so I’ll be able to sit or walk around my yard with bare feet again! I have an earthing mat, too, but I haven’t used it enough to know if it actually helps or not.
