I’m sure some of you have noticed I’ve been MIA for a couple of weeks. I haven’t been posting because I’ve been dealing with my first major Lyme flare in more than a year. I stopped taking my Lyme supplements for a couple of weeks before and after my back surgery last month, and that allowed the Lyme bacteria to reproduce and rebound with a vengeance. This recent flare has proven to me without a doubt that my Vital Plan supplements were obviously working and helping me a great deal – more than I realized! To end the flare, I went back on prescription antibiotics for a couple of weeks. I’ve come through the worst of it, but I’m still not working my usual hours. Bear with me! I will have some new articles for you soon!
