Tonix Pharmaceuticals has started a second phase III trial to test the effectiveness of Tonmya, a sublingual form of cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) that’s been developed to improve the sleep of those with fibromyalgia.

Researchers from University of Alabama at Birmingham and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine discover ME/CFS symptoms can be triggered by straining muscles and nerves.

Musician Kris Kristofferson was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and later Alzheimer’s disease. Turns out, he had Lyme disease! With treatment, now he’s back performing on stage. This is a real-life account of why getting properly tested for Lyme disease is so important for those of us with fibromyalgia.
