23 clinically-proven ways to reduce fibromyalgia fatigue | Fed Up with Fatigue

  1. I tried something similar to the acupressure mat to cover my pillow. It was supposed to help my migraines. Well, it didn’t help, but it wasn’t as hard to sleep as I thought. But I don’t think I could use one on my body during a flare. I googled images and some of the looks on the models were quite strained!

Thanks for sharing the story of the woman who recovered after 20 years. I was diagnosed 23 years ago so there is hope! 🙂

The mats are definitely prickly. It’s one of those things where it hurts but feels good at the same time, but I can definitely see where it would be torture for some w/ fibro. They wouldn’t be able to handle it b/c it’s too intense!
