Gupta Programme: The real cause of ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and multiple chemical sensitivity (YouTube video, 14 minutes)

Stanford Medicine: Exercise elevates blood signature difference between people with, without chronic fatigue syndrome

From the article: “…a new study suggests that a blood test following exercise may be a very good way to differentiate between people who have ME/CFS and people who don’t. That’s important, because one of the things that have made efforts to treat and, perhaps, cure the debilitating disorder … almost preternaturally difficult has been the difficulty in establishing a definitive diagnosis for it.”

EurekAlert: First multiplex test for tick-borne diseases

From the article: “A new blood test called the Tick-Borne Disease Serochip (TBD Serochip) promises to revolutionize the diagnosis of tick-borne disease by offering a single test to identify and distinguish between Borrelia burgdorferi, the pathogen responsible for Lyme disease, and seven other tick-borne pathogens.”

Pain News Network: Does MSG cause chronic pain?

MSG, a common food additive in processed foods, could be intensifying your pain levels, according to a new study.

  1. Donna, thank you so much for the initial footwork you do. Because of your suggestion on looking into Ashok Gupta I am so impressed on his hypothesis and Mindfulness program. It all makes sense and Ashok touched on things I been feeling for myself. Such as underlying opportunist viruses that my body has tucked away and my mind uses against me. That I have felt like My immune system is over active. Thank you again and I am going to share your informative blog to everyone I can.

  2. Michelle Smedley says:

I enjoyed the Gaupta video – he took a long time to say what I’ve said for 20+ years. My “fight or flight” system is wide open 🙂

Thanks for compiling all these articles, blogs etc weekly. I always read them, this is the first time I’ve posted a comment.

    • Donna Gregory/FedUpwithFatigue.com says:

Hi I love your articles and information. Thank you so much. Keep me posted on the Lymes news. Do you have a recommendation for a body massager, one that I can put on my chair, that won’t be too hard on my spine yet help with heat and massage? I have Sjogrens, Fybromyalgia, Osteoporosis and more.

    • Donna Gregory/FedUpwithFatigue.com says:

Hi Janet, unfortunately I haven’t used any of the body massagers so I can’t recommend any particular one.

  5. Gloria Hurta says:

Has anyone tried AmpCoil cellular device that is supposed to help with chronic pain? No meds involved, but I have heard it is very expensive-the claims are that it will help with Fibro pairn😊

  6. I just love how connected you are within the ME/CFS research community, Donna. There’s always something to learn. Thanks 🙏 for all your work on our behalf.
