From the review: “In conclusion, low to moderate quality of evidence suggests that real acupuncture is more effective than control treatment in alleviating pain and improving well-being in both the short- and long-term. Furthermore, we believe that manual acupuncture with at least 10 sessions can achieve better analgesic effect. However, acupuncture has no effect on improving other symptoms of FM, including fatigue, sleep quality, physical function, and stiffness.”

Hi Donna, I’ve missed your emails. Hope you are doing better, and hope your move to a different home will be less stressful for you. Stress is bad for everyone, but for Fibromyalia It’s worse.
People i know still doesn’t understand Fibromyalia, and think we are just complaining about something that’s not there.
Good luck, and take care.

I have been using Penetrex for over a year. It has helped a lot. I still have Fibromyalgia pain but I can’t imagine what I would do without the cream. The pain in my knees was so bad I couldn’t walk. The Penetrex also helps my lower back and some other areas. I don’t want to ever be without it.
