And a giveaway…

A few weeks ago, Hisamitsu America, the maker of Salonpas, sent me a HUGE care package in celebration of releasing two new over-the-counter lidocaine-based pain-relieving products. There were so many Salonpas goodies in the box that there’s no way I will ever be able to use them all, so I’ve decided to split them up and give them away to my readers! This is the first of three giveaways I’ll be doing over the next few weeks.

This package of Salonpas products includes:

  • A 3-ounce roll-on of Salonpas Lidocaine Plus Pain Relieving Liquid with 4% lidocaine and 10% benzyl alcohol. These two powerful anesthetics help desensitize aggravated nerves, providing temporary relief of pain.
  • A 6-pack box of Salonpas Pain Relieving Gel Patches, which soothe on contact and then deliver deep, penetrating heat. Great for minor aches and pain relief in the shoulder, upper back or lower back.
  • A 1-ounce can of Salonpas Jet Spray containing two powerful pain-relieving medicines. Sprays on clear and dries fast.

Anthony William, author of Medical Medium, says the Epstein Barr virus is at the root of fibromyalgia and CFS,, along with other chronic illnesses…

  2. Tammy from Georgia

I have a guestion that might seem silly to some. But I don’t know the answer so I have to ask someone and Donna you’re the person I feel that that can answer this because of your knowledge about CBD oil. Of it is not legal to purchase medical marijuana. Does that mean it’s not legal to buy cbd oil also (hemp based & marijuana based)? If it’s not legal can I ordered hemp based cbd oil through the mail and not get in trouble? Am I breaking the law by purchasing the oil? Like I said to some people this might sound silly but I really have no idea.

    Please Answer, thank you

    • Donna Gregory/FedUpwithFatigue.com says

Hi Tammy, I hope I don’t confuse you w/ my answer but the short answer is all CBD, regardless of whether it is made from hemp or cannabis, is considered to be illegal by the DEA. However, there is a federal court ruling that says hemp products are NOT illegal b/c they do not contain THC, the active ingredient in cannabis. As of when I’m writing this, you can still purchase hemp CBD oil online without any issues.

As for cannabis-based CBD, you can only buy that legally in states where cannabis is legal for medical and/or recreational purposes. Technically, it’s still federally illegal, but Congress has passed a law which keeps the feds from going after medical marijuana users. So, it’s safe to buy and use for now.

  3. Darlene says

Actually I contracted Parvovirus B 19 in 1995 and that’s what started my illness. I was then diagnosed Wirth Epstein Barre a few years later. This was over 20 years ago. I was Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2005. This makes sense to me.

  4. Patty Schulz says

The possibility of several viruses causing fibromyalgia makes sense. I recently got a new cold sore on my lip, and at the same time had a big flare in fibro symptoms. I never connected the two until now.

    • Donna Gregory/FedUpwithFatigue.com says

Yes, it does make sense. My own theory is that fibro is caused by multiple underlying infections, bacterial and viral.

  5. Camille Noonan says

Can you please research the Vielight. Intra-nasal infrared light therapy for body & brain function. thanks
