2016 Fibromyalgia Gift Guide | Curated by FedUpwithFatigue.com

  1. Cupping is a folk remedy that unfortunately does more damage I think thank helps. People say it helps but it leaves massive bruises on skin quite easily which are painful. I unfortunately know people who have been subjecte to “wet cupping” against their will. It can be pretty traumatic in such instances.

  2. I bought cbd oil at 85.00 a 30 ml bottle. Taking 50mg a day, which is advised for rheumatoid arthritis, it only lasted 4 days. So at 170.00 a week, I have decided not to take it anymore after two bottles. I felt no relief or change at all, when others are saying it worked for them that afternoon, or they had their lives back within three days. It may have worked for me over a month or so, but wow, it’s so expensive, who can keep that up. I will continue on with my healing organic vegan diet, eating non inflammatory foods, and wait for that to kick in. It can take up to a year for a remission.

  3. Jeanne Reiter says

As any one tried the Wheat Belly diet for relief of Fibro

    • Donna Gregory/FedUpwithFatigue.com says

I’m not familiar w/ the specifics of the Wheat Belly diet, but I do eat gluten free. It has helped w/ my symptoms.

  4. Thanks so much for sharing Donna. Glad to have you on board 🙂
