What to do when you get sick on top of already having a chronic illness

RawlsMD.com recently published an article of mine on how to manage a cold or the flu when you already have a chronic illness like Lyme or fibromyalgia. My research for the article was handy yesterday when my hubby came home from work sniffling and sneezing. We’re hoping he just has a cold, and I’m praying I don’t get it!

Since we’re in the midst of a bad cold/flu season, I thought some of you might find the RawlsMD article helpful. You can check it out here.

Wish I had some answers for u. I’m 70 and have had fibro for almost 40 yrs. In my case, I, too, have tried it all! My latest is the Quell for pain have not had it long enough to know if it will help. You might give it a try. Good Luck to all who are dealing with this horrible “problem” or syndrome, however we choose to label it!!!
