I think the headline on this says it all. Sigh.

Dr. Josh Axe: Lyme disease remedies (YouTube video, 28 minutes)
Dr. Axe sometimes oversimplifies his treatment videos for certain conditions, but I thought he did a really good job on covering natural treatments for chronic Lyme disease in this video. It’s worth the watch.

AnnLouise.com: Are parasites your missing diagnosis?
A lot of us mistakenly believe parasites are only a problem in third world countries. Not so! Some of the symptoms associated with fibromyalgia and Lyme can be caused by parasites. Yes, really…

A Life Less Physical: The chronic illness community you’ve been looking for
Sarah from A Life Less Physical shares a long list of resources for those battling chronic illness. I’m happy she included FedUpwithFatigue.com in her “favorite Facebookers” section. I’m not able to share all of the great content that I find in these weekly news posts due to space constraints, so I post all the extras on my Facebook page. You can check it out here!

Blogger Cort Johnson explores the giardia protozoa and its possible role in ME/CFS.
Hi Donna,
I wasn’t sure where to put this, since it’s a random comment, LOL … I started subscribing to your news updates around a year ago, after finding one very helpful article after another on Pinterest that you have written regarding Fibromyalgia. Your sleuthing abilities and continuous quest for knowledge and news are a godsend! For awhile now, I’ve wanted to thank you for all you do and let you know how appreciated you are. (((Thank You!!!))) Now I am also prompted into action because a few weeks ago I tried something that has made a very noticeable difference for my fibro pain. I would love to be able to email with you, in case you think you’d like to look into it too.
Hi Lara, I’m so glad you’re finding my website helpful. Yes, you’re welcome to email me, donna[at]fedupwithfatigue.com
Hey on one of your posts you are not taking the dribrose anymore due to a new mood/fatigue protcol the doctors have you on???? Will you or have you shared that?????
Hi Sherry, I stopped using d-ribose when I started working w/ a new doctor in 2015. Instead of d-ribose, I now use SAM-e. I did a post on it here: https://fedupwithfatigue.com/sam-e-for-fibromyalgia/
About the first article:
My primary doctor is getting very paranoid about prescribing narcotics. And no wonder since there are now all kinds of rules and monitoring he has to follow. However, he did mumble that everyone says to him that they aren’t abusing opiates and never will, and then they do!
I try hard not to use them unless I really have to like when I am injured just so I will have them when I do need them badly. If I don’t, I think I will be sitting in my chair not moving, concentrating on encapsulating the pain.
