FibromyalgiaResources.com: Misophonia in fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome
From the article: “There is a new (at least to me) term called ‘misophonia’ in which sounds can cause severe reactions in people. It has occurred to me that many of us with fibromyalgia experience extreme discomfort over certain sounds. Quick product review…
A few weeks ago, I posted a review of Aromalief’s hemp pain relief cream. I liked almost everything about it except that it contained a bit of artificial fragrance. After my review posted, the owner sent me a tube of her Calming Pain Relief cream, which is scented exclusively with natural essential oils!
I’ve been using it for a few days, and it works just as well as Aromalief’s original hemp cream except that it’s more lightly scented! It’s perfect for those of us who are sensitive to artificial fragrances!

I thought it might interest you, as it relates to the article on misophonia, that when I got my DNA results for health and ancestry from 23 And Me, one of the traits that came in the report was “likely to find the sound of someone chewing annoying”. I was intrigued that even something like this is detectable in our DNA!
