    Hello Donna
I’m new to Fibromyalgia and I don’t what to do, I’m not on medication and I don’t see a doctor till September 11,2017 mean while I’m suffering in pain and depression, it’s had for me to do anything or try to live a normal life, I was on Lyrica because I also have Restless Syndrom but I had to many side effects and I was taken off them and given Requip for the legs. Could you please help?, and to and I hardly sleep.

  2. Donna your blog is the best I have ever read. I learn something new every week. Thank you for using your journey to help others.

Question: has anyone ever had bouts with level 8-9 chest pain with fibro? I’ve been in the ER recently feeling like someone shot me in the chest at close range with a 20 gage shot gun. Tests show no heart attack. You could have fooled me. It lasted all day and was too severe to talk or move. Can fibro do this? Or is there anything related to fibro that might do this?

Thank you. And God bless you and heal your back

Awww Donna! I feel for you and your ongoing back issues. As I lie in bed nursing mine I can feel your pain too! I’m also dealing with CFS, blurred vision today. But im trying to read your posts regardless lol. A nap is in order real soon though!
Hang in there and know that many are alongside you and sending love and hugs. One day at a time, Maureen

Thanks, Maureen. I started PT yesterday, and that seemed to help. I have a steroid shot scheduled for this Friday.
