From the article: “A new study shows that herbal medicines have potent activity in test tubes compared to pharmaceuticals commonly prescribed for the treatment of bartonellosis. Christianity Today: How can the church better serve those suffering from chronic illness?
From the article: “…I still get frustrated by the lack of education in the church about chronic (and often invisible) illness. I’ve been told my afflictions are due to lack of faith, poor nutrition, or unconfessed sin. At times, I’ve been made to feel as though my suffering is my fault, instead of the fallout from an imperfect world groaning for redemption.”

HealthRising.org: Mitochondrial enhancers for ME/CFS and fibromyalgia | part III magnesium
From the article: “Ubiquitous and underrated magnesium (Mg) is a mineral that everyone with chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and/or fibromyalgia (FM) should think about. Featured in hundreds of biochemical reactions, magnesium is a muscle relaxant, blood vessel supporter, nervous system regulator, calmer, blood sugar regulator, HPA axis stabilizer, blood pressure (BP) reducer (in people with high BP) – it even has anti-inflammatory effects. Magnesium deficiencies promote the production of substance P – a nasty pro-inflammatory factor upregulated in fibromyalgia. Plus, it plays a major role in energy production.”

Can you tell me how much magnesium to take daily when having fibromyalgia. I thought that calcium and magnesium had to be a 2-1 ratio. Can you elaborate please.
I follow the recommendation of Wendy Myers: https://myersdetox.com/top-5-forms-magnesium/
Donna – I really enjoy your newsletter and have learned a lot. Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2017. Following my 2nd Moderna vaccine on 3/1/21 I have been through a hell of physical symptoms brought on by the vaccine – now that the vaccine is beginning to wear off, my symptoms have mostly subsided and my fibromyalgia pain is at the same level it has always been. I plan to NEVER have another vaccine ever as I just can’t go through the pain & agony.
Have you had other Fibromyalgia sufferers who have been through anything like this? I plan to file a lawsuit when the new Federal adult vaccine court gets going.
Hi Sloane, yes, I have heard of people experiencing prolonged flares after getting their COVID19 vaccinations. It doesn’t seem to be happening very often, but it is happening, according to the members in my fibro group on Facebook.
