  1. I tried something similar to the acupressure mat to cover my pillow. It was supposed to help my migraines. Well, it didn’t help, but it wasn’t as hard to sleep as I thought. But I don’t think I could use one on my body during a flare. I googled images and some of the looks on the models were quite strained!

Thanks for sharing the story of the woman who recovered after 20 years. I was diagnosed 23 years ago so there is hope! 🙂

The mats are definitely prickly. It’s one of those things where it hurts but feels good at the same time, but I can definitely see where it would be torture for some w/ fibro. They wouldn’t be able to handle it b/c it’s too intense!

Hi Donna – this doesn’t relate to your current topic but – — – I really have to tell you that you have the absolute Best webpage ( blog or newsletter – whatever the right word is) and I really appreciate all the work you put into it for us. It looks good, it reads very well, your topics are timely (some of them totally amaze me!) it’s easy for me to go back to previous articles . . . it’s just very well done.
    Thank You!
