Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this Limitless Lotion review are my own, and I was in no way influenced by the company. Anyone who's read Fed Up with Fatigue for a while knows I'm a sucker for lotions and potions that promise pain relief, so any time I have the opportunity to try a new one, I am all over it. Using the Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak for fibro fog and fatigue

Alright, I am breaking new ground today! Introducing ... my first YouTube video! Yep, I may live in Delaware but I haven't lost my southern Virginia accent. Please excuse the UHs and OMs and the video quality. I promise I'll get better! This is a quick product share (around 3 minutes) of how I've been using the (affiliate link) Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak to help combat fibro fog and fatigue. It's been working well for me, so I wanted to share it in case it might benefit others. Just a quick clarification: In the video, I mention the Power Pak uses stevia as a sweetener. Vital Health Saunas review | How I’m using infrared sauna for fibromyalgia and Lyme

Heating pads, electric blankets and hot baths are top pain-fighting tools for many of us with fibromyalgia - myself included. A couple of months ago, I decided to increase my use of heat therapy and invest in an infrared sauna at the suggestion of my Lyme/fibromyalgia doctor. There are many benefits to using an infrared sauna, but I specifically purchased mine for pain relief and detoxification. My doctor explained that using an infrared sauna would help me to flush out toxins as the Lyme bacteria dies off during treatment, reducing my overall symptoms. There's some research indicating using … [Read more...]

This fibromyalgia gift guide originally published on NationalPainReport.com and is being republished here with permission from the editor. This post contains affiliate links. Before I developed fibromyalgia, I loved to shop! I was one of those crazy people who got up before daybreak to get the best Black Friday deals and spent Saturdays in December at the malls. I loved the excitement of the crowds, the thrill of finding the right gift and all of the goodies waiting for me in the food court. These days? Not so much. Traditional shopping is too much for my overworked nervous system: … [Read more...]

All opinions are my own, and I was in no way influenced by the company. This post may contain affiliate links.  I'm really bad at self care - so much so that I think my super-charged type A personality is probably one of the main reasons I'm chronically sick now.
